By accessing and using AutoHisaab ('the App'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

AutoHisaab is a mobile application designed to help showroom owners and car dealers manage their business operations, including: - Vehicle inventory management - Sales and transaction recording - Customer information management - Payment tracking (cash and installments) - Payment reminders and notifications - Receipt generation - Business reports and analytics

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information - Maintain and update your information as necessary - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access - Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: - Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose - Violate any laws in your jurisdiction - Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App - Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality - Use the App to store or process illegal content - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the App. By using the App, you: - Grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service - Are responsible for backing up your data - Understand that data loss may occur and we are not liable - Agree that we may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvement We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer information, or any content you create.

Some features of the App may require a subscription or payment: - Subscription fees are charged in advance - All fees are non-refundable unless required by law - We reserve the right to change pricing with notice - You may cancel your subscription at any time - Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period - Free trial periods are subject to our discretion

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoHisaab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works - Redistribute or resell the App - Remove any proprietary notices - Use our trademarks or logos without permission

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee: - Uninterrupted or error-free operation - That the App will meet all your requirements - That defects will be corrected - Availability of specific features We reserve the right to: - Modify or discontinue features - Perform maintenance that may cause temporary unavailability - Suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - The App is provided 'as is' without warranties - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - We are not responsible for data loss or corruption - Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months - We are not liable for business decisions made based on App data You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your data and reports.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoHisaab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use of the App - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any rights of another - Your business operations and decisions

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for: - Violation of these Terms - Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity - Non-payment of fees - Extended periods of inactivity Upon termination: - Your right to use the App will cease immediately - We may delete your account and data - You remain liable for all charges incurred

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will: - Notify you of significant changes via the App or email - Update the 'Last Updated' date - Post the updated Terms on this page Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through: - Good faith negotiation - Mediation (if required) - Courts of competent jurisdiction You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts where AutoHisaab operates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
