We collect minimal information to provide our services: - Google Account Information: When you log in using Google Sign-In, we only access and store the public information that Google provides (such as your email address and name). This is the only personal data we keep in our database. We DO NOT collect: - Your vehicle records - Customer information - Payment transactions - Cash flow data - Sales records - Settings or preferences - Usage analytics or app performance data All your business data (vehicles, customers, payments, cash flow, settings) remains stored locally on your device only.

How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect only to: - Authenticate your account and provide app access - Link your account to securely store vehicle photos and documents - Provide customer support when needed We do NOT use your information to: - Track your usage or collect analytics - Share data with third parties - Process payments or transactions - Generate reports or analyze your business data

Data Storage

Your data storage and backup: - All Business Data Stays on Your Phone: All your vehicle records, customer information, payment transactions, cash flow data, and settings are stored exclusively on your device. This data never leaves your phone unless you choose to back it up. - Backup to Your Google Drive: If you choose to enable backup, your data is backed up to your own Google Drive account. This backup is stored in your personal Google Drive, and you have full control over it. We do not have access to this backup data. - Our Database: We only store vehicle photos and documents securely in our database to ensure you don't lose them. This is the only business-related data we store on our servers. - Google Account Data: We store only your Google account email and name (public information provided by Google) in our database to provide authentication and account services. All data stored locally on your device is encrypted for security.

Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data: - Local data encryption on your device - Secure authentication via Google Sign-In - PIN-based app lock (optional) - Secure storage of vehicle photos and documents in our database - Regular security updates Since most of your data remains on your device, you have direct control over its security. Vehicle photos and documents stored in our database are encrypted and secured. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services: - Google Sign-In: Used for optional authentication. We only access public information (email, name) that Google provides. Google's privacy policy applies to this service. - Google Drive: Used for optional backup. When you enable backup, your data is stored in your own Google Drive account. You control this backup, and we do not have access to it. Google's privacy policy applies to this service. We do not share any of your data with third parties. We only use Google services for authentication and to provide you with backup functionality to your own Google Drive.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT share, sell, or disclose your data: - No Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any of your data to third parties, advertisers, or any other entities. - No Analytics: We do not collect or share usage analytics, app performance data, or any behavioral tracking information. - No Business Data Sharing: We do not share your vehicle records, customer information, payment data, cash flow, or any business-related information with anyone. - No Marketing Data: We do not use your data for marketing purposes or share it with marketing companies. The only data we store in our database (Google account email/name and vehicle photos/documents) is used solely to provide you with app functionality and is never shared with third parties.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data: - Access Your Data: All your business data is stored on your device, so you have direct access to it at all times. - Export Your Data: You can export your data from the app at any time. - Delete Your Account: You can delete your account and request deletion of your Google account data from our database. Note: Deleting your account will also delete any vehicle photos and documents stored in our database. - Disable Backups: You can disable Google Drive backup at any time through app settings. - Control Notifications: You can control all app notifications through your device settings. - Delete Backup: You can delete your Google Drive backup directly from your Google Drive account. Contact us to exercise these rights or if you have any questions.

Data Retention

Our data retention practices: - Google Account Data: We retain your Google account email and name in our database as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. - Vehicle Photos and Documents: We retain these in our secure database as long as your account is active to prevent data loss. You can request deletion at any time. - Your Business Data: Since all your business data (vehicles, customers, payments, etc.) is stored on your device, you control its retention. If you delete the app or clear app data, this data is removed from your device. - Google Drive Backup: Your backup data in Google Drive is controlled by you. You can delete it at any time from your Google Drive account. You can delete your account and all associated data from our database at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date.
