What happens after 45 days
Your records stay on your phone and the app keeps working - your vehicles, customers, sales, instalments and reports are all still there. What stops is the online side: cloud backup pauses, and you can no longer open your showroom on a computer or restore onto a new phone. Start a plan whenever you like and backup picks up where it left off.

Everything we get asked before someone starts a plan.
How long is the free trial, and when does it start?
45 days, starting the day you create your AutoHisaab account. You do not need to enter card details to begin, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
What do I get during the trial?
Everything. Vehicles and stock, customers, sales, instalment plans, payment tracking, automatic reminders, reports, cloud backup and opening your showroom on a computer. Nothing is held back for the 45 days.
What happens when the 45 days end?
The app keeps working on your phone and none of your records are deleted - you can still add vehicles, record sales, track instalments and see your reports. The online features stop until you start a plan: cloud backup pauses, and you cannot open your showroom on a computer or restore onto a new phone. Starting a plan later resumes backup from where it stopped.
Which features need a paid plan?
Anything that uses our servers: cloud backup of your records, restoring onto a new phone, and signing in to AutoHisaab on a computer. Everything you do on the phone itself continues to work without a plan.
What does it cost?
PKR 499 a month, or PKR 4,999 for a year. Paying yearly saves PKR 989 - about 2 months free. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and are what you are charged at checkout.
How do I pay?
Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash and SadaPay. Payments are made online - we do not take cash or card details over the phone.
When does my plan renew?
A monthly plan renews each month and a yearly plan each year, from the date you started it. You will know before a renewal is due, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves back to phone-only use - your records stay on your phone and nothing is deleted.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Tell us which plan you want and the change applies from your next billing date.
Do you offer refunds?
Yearly plans come with a 30-day money-back period. Monthly plans are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so you are not charged again.
Are there any other charges?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There is no setup fee and no charge per vehicle, customer or user.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted from your phone. Your existing cloud backup is kept so you can start a plan again later and carry on, but it stops being updated with new records while you have no active plan.
