Receipts and PDF Reports

A receipt for a sale

1. Open the sold vehicle and open the menu.
2. Choose Receipt.
3. AutoHisaab generates a PDF automatically, with your business name, logo and the sale details already filled in.
4. Tap Share Receipt to send it by WhatsApp, email, or anything else on your phone.

Every receipt is also saved on your phone, in the Downloads, then AutoHisaab_Receipts folder, where possible.

A PDF of your cash flow

Open Payments, then the menu, and choose Export PDF to get a PDF of your money-in and money-out entries.

Everything else

The Home dashboard is where you see your numbers without generating anything - stock value, sales, and what is due this month and next, all kept current as you work.
