Understanding Cash Flow

AutoHisaab separates:

  • Receivables: Money you need to receive
  • Payables: Money you need to pay
  • Net Balance: Difference between receivables and payables

Adding Entries

Create cash flow entries:

  1. Go to Cash Flow screen
  2. Tap 'Add Entry'
  3. Choose type (Receivable/Payable)
  4. Enter amount and details
  5. Link to customer if applicable

Tracking

Monitor:

  • Total receivables
  • Total payables
  • Net balance
  • Individual entries
  • Customer-wise breakdown
